200 Pancakes in One Hour!

Updated: May 15, 2019

Pancakes in Bulk:

5lb bag flour

1/4 cup baking powder

3 tablespoons baking soda

5 teaspoons salt

10 eggs

15 cups whole milk

1 1/4 cup melted butter

3 tablespoons melted butter

**You may need to adjust the amount of milk depending on type and quality of flour used! Add the last few cups a little at a time and blend well until you reach the desired consistency.

Makes around 200 pancakes depending on size.

Feel free to add chocolate chips or other ingredients to taste.

Mix all ingredients together very well, get rid of any lumps. Spoon 1/4 cup (less or more depending on size you want) onto a preheated griddle or pan. Cook until you see a lot of bubbles forming on top and then flip until fully cooked.

To Freeze: I usually put 10-12 inside a Ziploc bag once cooled and then freeze the whole stack. If you are going to want to pull them out individually you may want to flash freeze them in a single layer first and then stack the frozen pancakes with a piece of parchment paper in between them. Heat them in the microwave when ready to serve them.

This 20qt mixing bowl is AMAZING for bulk cooking!! https://amzn.to/2YuiZ8I
